Returns + Exchanges


FULL PRICED items are eligible for a refund postmarked within 14 days of the given receipt. New with all tags in original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the exact condition it was received.

We do not often offer size exchanges as our clothes are often exclusively and collaboratively designed or each piece is handpicked, one of a kind. Therefore, each size is specified for each individual item only.

SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your carrier card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us. 

Excessive Returns

Cep Shop does keep track of customer returns and we do reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion due to an excessive return history.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.
